Job Title: Sales Representative

About Us:
We're a startup apparel brand looking for a driven and fashion-forward sales representative to join our team. As a sales representative, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and helping to establish our brand presence in the market.

Main Responsibilities:

- Generate sales leads and convert them into customers through effective communication and negotiation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase repeat business and referrals
- Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform sales strategies
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales promotions and campaigns
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company

Key Tasks:

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Conduct sales calls, meetings, and product demonstrations to showcase our apparel products
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and pricing
- Create and manage sales reports, including sales forecasts, pipeline management, and customer interaction tracking
- Attend trade shows, events, and conferences to network and generate new sales leads
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment
- 1-3 years of sales experience in the apparel or fashion industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet sales targets
- Fashion-forward and knowledgeable about current trends and styles
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office
