**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to educate them about our solar products and services.
2. Generate leads through effective communication and build a pipeline of potential customers.
3. Explain the benefits of solar energy and the cost savings associated with solar installations.
4. Set appointments for field sales representatives to meet with interested customers.
5. Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction and address any questions or concerns.
6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the ERP system.
7. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to coordinate campaigns and promotions.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
9. Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
**Qualifications**:
1. Proven experience as a tele caller or similar role, preferably in the solar industry.
2. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
4. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
5. Familiarity with ERP software and basic computer skills.
6. Knowledge of solar energy and the renewable energy industry is a plus.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales is a plus.
