Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Telecalling Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers over the phone, explaining products/services, answering queries, and closing sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing in a clear and engaging manner.
- Answer customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Generate leads, follow up, and convert them into sales.
- Maintain a daily record of calls, leads, and sales in CRM/software.
- Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets set by the company.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business.
- Provide feedback on customer needs, problems, and market trends to the sales team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [insert languages as per requirement – e.g., English, Hindi, regional languages].
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive during calls.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, or sales software).
- Minimum qualification: [12th Pass / Graduate – as per your company's requirement].
