**Requirements**:

- Make outbound and handle inbound calls to promote services, answer queries, and follow up with leads.
- Maintain client databases, call records, and update CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
- Manage basic office administration — filing, correspondence, scheduling, and supplies.
- Prepare simple reports and assist in documentation.
- Greet visitors, handle front-desk duties, and manage daily office activities.
- Ensure professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality in all tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
