3. **Administrative Duties**:

- Ensure the efficient flow of paperwork, including insurance forms and medical records.
- Manage billing and payment transactions.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized reception area.

4. **Communication**:

- Liaise between patients, medical staff, and administrative personnel.
- Communicate effectively with patients to provide necessary information and instructions.

5. **Compliance**:

- Adhere to all relevant healthcare regulations and guidelines.
- Ensure patient confidentiality and data protection.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree or diploma in nursing.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Valid nursing license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and administrative procedures.
