**Job Summary**:
With a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, the Nursing Staff is responsible for delivering compassionate and competent nursing care across various clinical settings.

**Responsibilities**:
**1) Patient Care**:
Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with daily activities.

Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.

**2) Assessment and Documentation**:
Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments of patients and document findings accurately.

Maintain detailed and up-to-date patient records, ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations.

**3) Medication Management**:
Administer medications according to prescribed protocols, ensuring accuracy and patient safety.

Monitor and manage medication side effects, reporting any adverse reactions promptly.

**4) Wound Care and Procedures**:
Perform wound care, dressings, and other nursing procedures with precision and adherence to infection control practices.

Assist medical teams during various diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.

**5) Patient Education**:
Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care measures.

Provide guidance on post-discharge care and self-management.

**6) Emergency Response**:
Respond to medical emergencies, initiate appropriate interventions, and collaborate with the healthcare team to stabilize patients.

Participate in emergency preparedness drills and training.

**7) Collaboration with Healthcare Professionals**:
Work collaboratively with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.

Communicate effectively within the interdisciplinary team.

**8) Quality Improvement Initiatives**:
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives by participating in audits, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes.

Adhere to infection control and patient safety standards.

**9) Professional Development**:
Engage in ongoing professional development activities to stay updated on nursing best practices.

Attend training sessions and workshops as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid nursing license and registration.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in nursing, preferably within a hospital or healthcare setting.
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification will be an added advantage.
- Strong clinical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
