**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated **Staff Nurse** to join our healthcare team. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing quality patient care, assisting doctors, monitoring patients’ conditions, and ensuring a safe and hygienic clinical environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide nursing care to patients as per established standards and protocols.
- Monitor, record, and report patient symptoms and vital signs.
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed by doctors.
- Assist physicians during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Educate patients and families about health management and post-treatment care.
- Ensure infection control and hygiene practices are followed.
- Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
- Support overall hospital/clinic operations with teamwork and dedication.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Diploma/GNM/B.Sc. in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid nursing registration/license with Maharashtra Nursing Council (MNC).
- Prior experience in hospital or clinical settings preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and detail-oriented.
