**Job Title: Staff Nurse (Home Care)**

**Experience Required**: 2 to 3 Years
**Location**: Khamla, Pande Layout, Nagpur
**Salary**: Based on experience
**Shift Timing**: 8 Hours (Rotational Shift)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide direct nursing care to patients in their homes.
- Monitor patient health and record vital signs.
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed.
- Assist with personal hygiene, mobility, feeding, and other daily activities.
- Educate patients and families about on-going care and treatment plans.
- Coordinate with physicians and healthcare providers as needed.
- Maintain accurate medical records and patient documentation.
- Follow proper infection control procedures and maintain a safe environment.

**Requirements**:

- ANM/GNM/Bsc. Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Registered Nurse with appropriate Nursing Council.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in home care or general nursing.
- Strong clinical and observational skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle emergency situations.
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and reliable.
