We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to promote our products, generate leads and facilitate sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Utilize a prepared script while making outbound calls to potential clients in order to stimulate interest and present our products.
- Utilize cold calling and follow-up calls to locate and qualify leads. Obtain data such as the needs, preferences, and purchase intents of the customer.
- Persuade potential clients by presenting product features, benefits, and pricing information. Respond to any questions or concerns they might have and give them correct information.
- Make use of persuasive sales strategies to convince potential customers to buy from you.
- Meet or surpass the management's specified monthly, weekly, and daily sales goals.
- Always work to enhance performance and support the goals of the sales team as a whole.
- Keep a record of every call's details, including the conclusion, in the CRM program or other approved software. Ensure that all customer interactions and sales activities are accurately documented.

**Qualifications**:

- 12th Pass and above. Bachelor's degree is recommended.
- Languages: Well versed in English & Hindi
- Knowledge of Data Entry in Excel and sending Whatsapp Messages.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing is preferred.
- Outstanding verbal communication abilities and kind and courteous speaking style.
- Ability to persuade and convince others to make decisions on their behalf.
- Strong ability to handle objections and negotiate.
- Capacity to function both alone and collaboratively in a hectic setting.
- A results-driven mentality that is intent on hitting goals and providing top-notch customer service.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
