- **Strategic Leadership**: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive traffic, and optimize conversion rates. Your strategic vision will be crucial to our success.
- **Ad Management**: Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- **Content Development**: Lead content marketing across social media, blogs, community management, and YouTube to foster engagement and build brand loyalty.
- **Influencer and Event Management**: Collaborate with influencers and organize events to boost brand awareness and reach new audiences.
- **Brand Partnerships**: Negotiate and manage collaborations to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
- **Analytics and Innovation**: Analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.

- Required Qualifications_
- **Professional Experience**: Minimum of 3 years in a senior marketing role, preferably in e-commerce or gaming.
- **Content and Media Expertise**: Strong understanding of content marketing strategies across social media, blogs, community management, and YouTube.
- **Website Optimization Skills**: Proficiency in website optimization techniques with a focus on UI/UX and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- **Analytical Abilities**: Excellent skills in analyzing data and deriving actionable insights to drive marketing strategies.
- **Passion for Marketing**: A deep enthusiasm for marketing and a strong grasp of consumer behavior in the e-commerce and gaming sectors.
