**vividhut.** is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Telemarketer to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in generating leads and driving sales by contacting potential customers and effectively communicating the value of our products/services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Identify and qualify leads based on specific criteria.
- Build rapport and effectively communicate product/service benefits.
- Handle customer objections and negotiate deals.
- Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead flow.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor information.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 0-1 year of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
- Strong listening and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in relevant CRM software.
