Ensure the company’s activities comply with applicable laws and regulations, including
- corporate governance and regulatory filings.
- Advise the Board of Directors and senior management on corporate governance and
- related issues.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including commercial agreements,
- employment contracts, vendor agreements, and service contracts.
- Ensure contracts align with company goals and protect its interests.
- Advise on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and restructuring.
- Conduct due diligence, negotiate terms, draft transactional documents, and assist with
- post-merger integration.
- Handle disputes and work with external legal teams on litigation matters.
- Assist in resolving disputes with suppliers, customers, shareholders, and other
- stakeholders.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings, or manage external counsel.
- Collaborate with departments to ensure risk management strategies are properly
- integrated.
- Conduct legal research and provide legal opinions on various matters impacting the
- company.
- Provide legal advice on employment contracts, labor disputes, employee policies, and
- regulatory requirements related to employment law.
- Manage the company's intellectual property portfolio, including patents, trademarks,
- copyrights, and trade secrets.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
