- Collaborate with content development teams to ensure assessments align with learning objectives.
- Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation for assessments.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to define assessment requirements and timelines.
- ** Assessment Delivery**:

- Manage the technical setup and execution of online and offline assessments.
- Ensure the secure and smooth administration of assessments across various platforms.
- Troubleshoot technical issues in real-time during assessments and provide quick resolutions.
- ** Compliance & Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure assessments are compliant with industry standards, privacy, and data security regulations.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain the integrity of assessments.
- Regularly review and improve assessment processes for efficiency and accuracy.
- ** Reporting & Analytics**:

- Compile and analyze assessment results, providing detailed reports to stakeholders.
- Use data-driven insights to recommend improvements in assessment strategies.
- Ensure timely delivery of post-assessment feedback to clients.
- ** Stakeholder Communication**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assessment-related queries.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with internal teams and external clients.
