**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide day-to-day support for ERP users across departments (production, inventory, procurement, sales, finance, etc.).
- Maintain data integrity and consistency across the ERP system.
- Assist in ERP implementation, upgrades, and module customization.
- Coordinate with external ERP vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve system issues.
- Generate and analyze ERP reports for management decision-making.
- Train end-users and prepare documentation/user manuals.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
- Ensure accurate BOM (Bill of Materials), routing, and production planning entries.
- Support inventory and warehouse functions through ERP.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements related to ERP data.
- Collaborate with the production and supply chain teams to improve workflows.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Tally Prime, etc.).
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes and workflows.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to train non-technical users.
- Attention to detail and data accuracy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
