We are currently seeking a Cloud Solution Delivery Advisor to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
- Experience in Azure Integration Services
- Experience in Azure Logic Apps and able to build automated workflows
- Extensive experience in Azure functions incl. Deployment Definitions & Pipelines
- Knowledge on Azure Resource Manager [ARM] with Azure pipelines
- Good in SQL advanced concepts
- Knowledge of building and troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines
- Good understanding on SSIS/SSRS concepts
- Basic coding knowledge on.NET(C#)
- Good understanding of cloud architecture and related frameworks
- Well versed in ITIL concepts

Roles & responsibilities include
- Understanding customer requirements and project KPIs
- Monitoring the processes during the entire lifecycle for its adherence and updating or creating new processes for improvement and minimizing the wastage
- Managing stakeholders and external interfaces
- Should be flexible to work in shifts if required.
- Should be able to support and upskill the team on automation and innovation/system improvements.
- Should be able to contribute on new ideas and system improvement plans
- Encouraging and building automated processes wherever possible
- Coordination and communication within the team and with client and end users
- Monitoring and measuring customer experience and KPIs
