**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and engage potential clients through various channels
- Pitch company offerings and convert leads into long-term partnerships
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client experience
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Continuously improve product knowledge to address client needs effectively
**Eligibility Criteria**:
- **Qualification**: Any Graduate
- **Experience**: Freshers welcome
**Training & Onboarding**:
**AURUM Bankers Program**
- **Classroom Training Duration**: 6 Month -₹5,000 Stipend
- 3 Months On-the-Job Training
- 3 Months Classroom Training at IMT Ghaziabad

- **Stipend During Training (OJT)**: ₹10,000/month
- **Course Fee**: ₹2 lac + GST (payable before onboarding)
- **Training location**: - Delhi, Jaipur, Kolkata, Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyedrabad, Chennai
**Annual CTC**: ₹ 3.5 LPA
