Our financial solutions are not only the best in the business - they were made just right for you.Job Purpose: -Responsible for managing & monitoring MIS, Business Planning and Analytics for CLAP Department.Key Accountabilities : -* Dashboards to track achievement against Annual operating plan* Centrally monitor productivity metrics at Branch & DST level* Incentive Payout for Sales Channel* Data for Senior management review* Regular updates on Contests and other R&R programs* Tracking Key initiatives from Central office* Coordination with Key stake holders.Job Duties & responsibilities : -* Automation of Dashboards & MIS* Automation of Process by moving from physical to digital mode wherever possible* Do extensive data analysis and portfolio analysis to track business and risk trends with objective of business growth and maintain quality of portfolio* Co-ordinate with Product, Operations and IT team on various on going and new initiatives for the department* Monitoring & System integration / enhancements for implementation of Sales Process* Define Annual Operating Plan at branch and resource level inline with projected P&L* Budgeting and Monitoring P&L for the department* Define Scorecard for Sales team* Design contests and campaigns as an enabler to achieve business numbers* Design various MIS required for tracking Buisness Performance* Preparation of Monthly Deck for review with Senior Management.Required Experience: -2 - 3 Years of experience in managing Business MIS, Sales Process Management for Business Loans / Loan against property / MSME business.Education / Preferred Qualification: -Graduation / Post GraduationCore Competencies: -* Consumer LAP Business team* Risk & Credit* Operations* HR* Customer service* IT* Audit* Compliance* Legal* Marketing* Product* Strategy* Branch Banking* Collection.Technical Competencies:
