**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Content Marketing Executive with a passion for
have a strong command of language, the ability to generate innovative ideas doing
extensive research and a knack for creating content that engages and retains targeted
audiences/community over leading social media platforms. You will be responsible for
developing content that aligns with our brand voice, driving organic traffic, build
community of ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and supporting overall marketing goals.
This role requires a blend of creativity, technical knowledge, and marketing expertise to
create content that resonates with our target audience and supports business objectives.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute content marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Create engaging and SEO-optimized content for blogs, websites, newsletters, and social media platforms.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with campaign goals and brand messaging.
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to maximize organic traffic.

Manage and grow social media presence by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analysing performance metrics.

Create supplementary content such as infographics, videos, and podcasts to enhance content appeal.

Monitor and analyse content performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into content strategies.
Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality.
Assist in maintaining the editorial calendar and ensuring timely delivery of content.
Collaborate with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to create cohesive marketing campaigns

**Desired Profile**:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in content creation, content marketing, or a similar role.
Min 1 year experience in IT services firm.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing tools and techniques.
Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Joomla, or Squarespace.
Basic knowledge of HTML and domain hosting is a plus.
Proficiency in using social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) for marketing purposes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize content performance.

Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar for creating visual
content is a plus.
