**Opportunity**

NeoRipples Marketing is currently looking for Client and Marketing Service Executive that are dedicated and motivated individuals who have demonstrated academic excellence and have strong research acumen and preferably, prior experience with working on the Marketing and

Advertising sector.

**Location**:Gurugram, India

**Key Responsibilities Includes**

Handle client call, pitch presentations, briefing sessions with teams, reports for review

Create detailed business plans designed to attain predetermined goals and quotas

Present products to prospective clients

Provide professional support to maximize client loyalty

Remain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs

Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the client’s satisfaction and to maintain the company’s reputation

Negotiate agreements and keep records of data

**Required Background**

Proven experience as an Account Executive, or similar sales/customer service role

Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles

Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (eg. Salesforce) is a plus

Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships

Organizational and time-management skills

A business acumen

Enthusiastic and passionate

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Internship

Pay: ₹8,242.66 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurgaon - 122001, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)
