Job Title: HORECA Sales Executive/Officer

**Qualification**:

- Degree in Hospitality Management, Food Technology or equivalent professional qualification.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 2-3 years Sales & Marketing experience handling Food Service accounts specific to HORECA customers in the region

**Required**:

- Strong Food Service contacts
- Ability to deal at all levels from Unit Head Chefs and Contract Catering Managers through to Buyer level.
- Very good written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record in developing markets and achieving business results

**JD**:
**Sales**
- Responsible for achievement of Sales Target assigned on monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly basis
- To Handle Horeca Channel (Hotel, Bar and Restaurants, Super market, Hyper Market, Institution, Cafeteria etc.) for all SKU's
- Closes new business deals and maintaining relationships with existing customers
- Responsible to ensure stores coverage by enlisting new chains and driving business volumes Responsible for ensuring 100% fill rate, PO follow up and smooth delivery of POs.
- Regular update on competitor margin and activities/Launch.
- Creating and Implementing New Product Launch plan, Tracking

**Channel Management**
- On boarding new distributors and managing them, ensure continuous development of the assigned area and addition of new outlets
- Set up monthly, quarterly and yearly targets for each Distributor
- Ensuring that all SKUs are listed and available in Horeca chains.
- Monitor and minimize the level of sales returns
- Track on delivery from Distributor

**Key Account Management**
- Developing and Implementing Account wise Sales Plan
- Sales Volume (Kgs) & Value ( Rs lakhs)
- Finalization of Trade Terms
- Assist to clear payment & disputes, marketing budgets, credit notes etc., with finance & customers, to ensure smooth operation.

**MIS**
- Maintain MIS and sales report and provide timely feedback
- Analyze PNL and Sales revenue from individual customers
- Maintains records of contracts, marketing activities, pricings, etc

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹38,162.39 per month
