**Introduction**:
Sushruta Healthcare Services is seeking a dedicated and skilled ObGyn to join our dynamic team. Sushruta Healthcare Services is a group practice platform founded by a General/ Laparoscopic Surgeon. It is an opportunity for young and seasoned specialists to work collaboratively in a hospital/ institution setting in a symbiosis. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct patient OPDs, diagnosis and counselling for medical & surgical management in a hospital
- Perform a range of ObGyn procedures, including but not limited to abdominal hysterectomies, lap hysterectomies, C-sections, etc
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient treatment plans.
- Provide preoperative and postoperative care to patients, ensuring optimal recovery and outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care and medical/ surgical procedures.
- Stay current with advancements in surgical techniques and technologies.
- Be willing to engage & learn from seniour surgeons professional development to enhance surgical skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- MBBS & MS from an accredited institution.
- 1-5 years of experience in general and/ or laparoscopic surgery.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative in a clinical setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of surgical practice and patient care.
