**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Procurement Management**:
- Coordinate purchasing activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- **Supplier Relations**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating terms and conditions as necessary.
- Evaluate vendor performance and conduct regular assessments to ensure quality and reliability.
- **Inventory Control**:
- Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed to maintain optimal inventory.
- Assist in conducting inventory audits and reconciliations.
- **Data Analysis**:
- Analyze purchasing data and trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare reports on procurement activities and provide insights to management.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with other departments to understand their purchasing needs and timelines.
- Assist in resolving any purchasing-related issues or discrepancies.
- **Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and vendor agreements.
- Ensure proper documentation is in place for audits and compliance purposes.
