**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Internal Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth operations. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and coordinating with various departments to deliver exceptional service.

**Key Responsibilities:Sales Support**:

- Prepare and process quotes, sales orders, and invoices efficiently.
- Maintain and update customer accounts, ensuring data accuracy in CRM systems.
- Assist the sales team with follow-ups on leads, quotes, and outstanding payments.

**Coordination and Communication**:

- Liaise with internal departments such as logistics, production, and finance to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Communicate order statuses and updates to customers and resolve issues promptly.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and sales material distribution.

**Reporting and Analysis**:

- Generate sales reports, track key performance metrics, and provide insights to the sales manager.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure stock availability.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues when needed.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
