**Key Responsibilities:Sales Support**:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team by managing schedules, meetings, and client communication.
- Process sales orders, quotations, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Track and update sales performance metrics, such as sales targets, conversions, and revenue.
- Prepare and send out quotes, proposals, and follow-up correspondence to clients.
**Customer Relationship Management**:
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, assisting with inquiries, order statuses, and product information.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Handle client issues or concerns promptly and escalate to the appropriate team when necessary.
**Coordination & Communication**:
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, and product demonstrations between the sales team and clients.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams (sales, marketing, logistics, etc.) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
- Update and maintain customer databases, ensuring accurate records of interactions and sales opportunities.
**Sales Reporting & Analysis**:
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for internal teams and management.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales performance reports.
**Inventory & Order Management**:
- Monitor inventory levels, ensuring that stock is available for sales and orders are processed efficiently.
- Track order statuses and manage any delays or issues with the production or delivery process.
- Ensure that sales orders are completed correctly, including following up with customers and resolving any discrepancies.
**Administrative Tasks**:
- Maintain filing systems for sales contracts, agreements, and customer correspondence.
- Handle invoicing and payment tracking, ensuring that all payments are processed and tracked properly.
- Assist with the planning and coordination of sales events, exhibitions, or trade shows.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and clients.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
