1. Manage and organize the Director's Calendar, Scheduling meetings and appointments.
3. Prepare and edit documents, reports and presentations.
4. Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes and following up on action items.
5. Handle personal tasks and errands for the Director as required.
