Junior Talent Acquisition Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure the right talent is brought on board.
- Manage job postings across various platforms, including LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and company career pages.
- Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and reports.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong knowledge of hiring strategies, sourcing techniques, and recruitment tools.
- Experience using job portals like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and ATS platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize hiring needs efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
