Finance Executive

**Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)**:

- Developing and executing financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
- Conducting financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Monitoring and evaluating financial performance against targets and benchmarks.
- **Financial Reporting**:

- Ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
- Managing the preparation of periodic reports for management, board of directors, and external stakeholders.
- Coordinating external audits and addressing audit findings.
- **Treasury Management**:

- Managing cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to support operational needs.
- Overseeing banking relationships, cash management, and investment strategies.
- Managing foreign exchange risk, interest rate risk, and other financial exposures.
- **Risk Management**:

- Identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial risks faced by the organization.
- Implementing and monitoring internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance.
- Managing insurance programs and assessing insurance needs.
- **Strategic Financial Planning**:

- Providing financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Evaluating investment opportunities, capital allocation decisions, and business initiatives.
- Participating in merger and acquisition (M&A) activities, including due diligence and integration.
- **Compliance and Governance**:

- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting requirements.
- Maintaining appropriate documentation and records to support compliance efforts.
- Upholding corporate governance standards and ethical practices.
- **Stakeholder Management**:

- Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulatory authorities.
- Communicating financial performance, forecasts, and strategic initiatives to stakeholders.
- Addressing inquiries and providing financial information as needed.
- **Team Leadership and Development**:

- Leading and managing a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance feedback.
- Fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the finance function.
- Identifying training and development needs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the finance team.
- **Technology and Process Improvement**:

- Leveraging technology solutions to streamline financial processes, enhance efficiency, and improve data integrity.
- Driving initiatives to optimize financial systems, reporting tools, and analytics capabilities.
- Identifying opportunities for automation and digitization to increase productivity and reduce costs.
- **Strategic Partnerships**:

- Collaborating with other departments (e.g., operations, sales, marketing) to align financial objectives with overall business goals.
- Supporting cross-functional initiatives and projects to drive business performance and growth.
- Serving as a trusted advisor to senior management, providing financial insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
