As a Founder's Office Intern – Finance & Growth, you will act as a co-pilot to the founder, managing core finance operations, ensuring financial discipline, and contributing to strategic decision-making. You’ll take ownership of everything from bookkeeping to FP&A while also shadowing the founder on growth, business strategy, and investor-related matters.If you thrive in ambiguity, love numbers, and want to help build a startup from the ground up, this is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesFinance Operations:End-to-end bookkeeping, bills receivable/payable tracking, and invoice managementGST filings, tax return filings, and other statutory compliances as applicableCash flow management and cost optimization trackingFinancial planning, forecasting, and scenario modelingExpense reporting, reconciliations, and building scalable financial systemsGrowth & Strategy:Shadow the founder in high-level meetings, fundraising conversations, and strategy discussionsSupport in market analysis, pricing strategy, and business growth initiativesCreate board-level decks, reports, and dashboards to support decision-makingAnalytics & Reporting:Build and maintain advanced financial models and dashboardsAnalyze KPIs, cost structures, and growth levers using Google Sheets/Excel and Power BI (or similar tools)Who We’re Looking ForCA Inter/CS/MBA Finance or equivalent qualificationsStrong financial acumen with hands-on expertise in bookkeeping, compliance, and FP&AAdvanced skills in Google Sheets/Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, macros, etc.)Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or other analytics tools is a strong advantageDetail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable with early-stage startup chaosEntrepreneurial mindset with a hunger to learn and grow rapidlyLearning & Growth OpportunitiesWork directly with the founder on finance, growth, and strategyDeep exposure to startup fundraising, investor relations, and scaling finance operationsHands-on learning in financial modeling, business strategy, and growth metricsOpportunity for fast-tracked leadership role with equity potentialEvaluation ProcessWe’re looking for a builder’s mindset and execution-first attitude.
