We are currently looking for a Hotel Reservation Executive. If you are quick leaner and good with communication, then this role is for you.

Below is the Role and Responsibilities of the Hotel Reservation Executive.

A Hotel Reservation Executive is responsible for managing reservations made at a hotel. This position typically involves the following duties:
1.Answering customer inquiries about room availability, rates, and amenities through calls.

2.Entering and updating customer reservations in the hotel's computer system.

3.Providing customers with information about nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation options.

4.Responding to customer complaints and resolving any issues that may arise.

5.Cross-selling hotel services, such as dining options and spa treatments, to customers.

6.Assisting customers with their check-in and check-out processes.

7.Staying informed about changes to room availability, rates, and promotions.

8.Balancing the hotel's reservations and occupancy to maximize revenue.

9.Maintaining the privacy and security of customer information.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
