Structured hybrid role:
Introduction:
Java tech lead is responsible for leading and Agile team of developers and ensure designs and dev are in line with larger business goals.

Having expertise in Java (Primary) ,Spring Framework, Microservices, React js(optional), Relational DB, Git Repository, Jenkins CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes and deployment process.

The role will require the person to code hands on as well be capable of designing a viable solution.

What will you be doing?
- Facilitate decision making within the team, ensuring collective ownership.
- Encourage the use of data and metrics to inform decisions.
- Collaborate with the team to prioritize and make trade-offs when necessary.

What we’re looking for:
1. B.Tech or equivalent
2. Java, Spring Boot
3. Hands on experience dealing with workloads on 1 or more of the below platforms
a. Openshift
b. Kubernetes
c. AWS
5. Exposure to messaging platforms - AMQ / Kafka/ IBM MQ

Skills that will help you in the role:
Good Communication Skills.
Hands on coding experience
Cloud Certified
