Job Title: Client Relationship & Savings Scheme Sales Manager - Female age range between 25 to 35.
Reports to: Founder & Director.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an exceptional Client Relationship & Savings Scheme Sales Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with our valued jewellery clients, driving repeat business and sales growth through our Jewellery Savings Schemes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their needs and preferences
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell jewellery products and savings schemes
- Convert conversations into sales, focusing on Jewellery Savings Schemes
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including new collections and promotions
- Meet and exceed sales targets, with a focus on savings scheme sales
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences
- Analyze client data and sales trends to inform relationship-building strategies
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales, client relationship management, or a related field of Banking, Insurance, Hospitality, etc.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to drive sales growth and meet targets
- Strong product knowledge, with a focus on jewellery and savings schemes
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple clients and tasks
Nice to Have:
- Experience in the jewellery industry or luxury retail
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Familiarity with sales analytics and performance metrics
