As a **Client Relationship Executive (CRE)** at Longefit, you will play an essential role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service, build lasting relationships, and help us achieve our goal of delivering personalized fitness experiences. This role offers an opportunity to be a key player in a rapidly growing company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Relationship Management**: Establish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- **Customer Support**: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the fitness team leader and trainers to meet customer needs and exceed their expectations.
- **Data Management**: Keep customer information up-to-date and ensure proper record-keeping.
- **Session Updates**: Inform customers about upcoming fitness sessions and related activities.
- **Subscription Management**: Encourage customers to renew or update their subscriptions prior to the expiry of their current subscription.
- **Team Support**: Assist colleagues in addressing customer queries and concerns, providing a seamless customer experience.
- **Coordination with Centralized Dietician Team**: Communicate with the centralized dietician team when customers have nutrition-related queries.
- **New Leads Coordination**: Work closely with the Centralized CRE team(at Head office in Kochi) to get information of new lead details(those who will come for an initial trail session to the studio) and ensure that there are no timing conflicts with scheduled trails(of existing customers) at the Koramangala studio.
- **Scheduling & Communication**: Inform the Centralized CRE team about client schedules in Koramangala to facilitate smooth coordination of trials for new leads.
- **General management of the studio in collaboration with the Team Leader.**

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills (fluency in Kannada, English, and Hindi is required).
- Professional phone etiquette and the ability to handle customer calls with confidence and professionalism.
- Positive attitude with a team-oriented approach.
- Interest in the fitness industry and a desire to grow within the company.
- Willingness to relocate to Bangalore if required.

**Pay**:

- ₹25,000/-per month.
