Should have Minimum One Year Experience as Trainer in Inbound Call Center

a) Identify and access future and current training needs

b) **This is Complete Work from Office and language Fluent in Hindi & English**

c) Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses client and ops Needs

d) Deploy a wide variety of training methods in the new hires and refreshers

e) Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, development, and best Practices

f) Preparing Training Reports, Dashboards, and Review Presentation

g) Regular Updates to be rolled out on the floor, Periodic PKT on the floor and self-login to be updated on product/process/customer VOC

h) Provide Opportunities for ongoing Development

i) Business Intelligence for operational deliverables and excellence

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
