He/ She shall be accountable for achieving the targets, achieving the width of distribution, Sales promotion strategies, make team and handle team
- Managing the Projects Sales of Region(State Level)
- Driving the sales team
- Managing and hand holding team
- Handling queries, claims and complains.
- Good knowledge of people management.
- Directing the functions pertaining to Activation of dealers -region wise
- Developing relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations for business development.
- Interfacing with clients for suggesting the most viable product range and cultivating relations with them for securing repeat business; ensuring quality delivery of services to the clients
- Steering the complete Business Associate Channel with direct reportees
- Should have Team Handling and Distribution skills. Strategic Thinking in Sales and Business Development.
- He shall be accountable for achieving the targets, leading and motivating himself, achieving the width of distribution, conducting displays, building volumes and implementing the marketing and sale promotion strategies.
- He should have 10-12 years of Channel Sales Experience with a proven track record, should have good market connect
- He will be responsible for the Sales Target of whole Team. Have to handle team targets
