Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager based in Ahmedabad. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, delegate tasks, and maintain operational standards. The individual will also be responsible for ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, and fostering a positive working environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and management skills to effectively oversee operations and staff
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of the construction industry, including adhesives, sealants, and waterproofing products is advantageous
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work on-site full-time in Ahmedabad
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Previous experience in a management role is a plus
