**Job Summary**
International Marketing Executive with minimum one year experience preferred.
**Please note, NO field work involved.**
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Searching new buyers through Various business portals and explore and develop New Market.
- Doing cold calls to the prospects, sending introduction letters to the new buyer along with Company’s E- Catalogue.
- Sending samples to the buyer as per their requirement.
- Making all the arrangements to attend international trade exhibitions.
- Doing follow-up with the new prospects who met in the exhibition in order to generate / initiate new business with them.
- Replying to the new inquiries received from buyers and Preparing Quotations and Proforma Invoices accordingly.
- Doing follow up with vendors for the execution of samples and final orders.
- Doing follow up with the existing clients to get the repetitive orders.
- Co-ordinating with the documentation and logistics department in order to make the shipment efficiently.

**Required Experience and Qualifications**
1. Any Graduate - Marketing Specialization preferably in the import export field.
2. He/she should carry analytical thinking as he is expected to work with the sales data.The
3. Excellent English Communication Skills (Verbal & Written),
4. Ability to work under pressure
5. Expertise in Ms. Office.
