IPERC Education Coordinator/Sales Position

IPERC is looking for a part-time educational consultant to work with international agencies and schools in India to promote IPERC’s exchange and university programs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop connections with international schools and agencies in your area.
- Promote IPERC Academy programs and services to these agents, schools and students.
- Act as the main point of contact to answer questions from agencies and schools related to IPERC programs.
- Organize and conduct information sessions and orientations as needed.
- Assess the needs of schools or agencies and provide program recommendations.
- Maintain and manage records, reports, and documentation.
- Convert your prospecting efforts into clients through a consultative sales approach, ensuring goals are met or exceeded.
- Work closely and collaboratively with IPERC to develop and implement effective solutions for interested agents and education administrators.
- Make direct calls to interested parties, converting your efforts into clients.

**Requirements**:

- English proficiency
- An understanding of customer service and how it relates to a sales role.
- Ability to build strong relationships externally and internally
- Strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to respond to the diverse needs of international cultures
- Strong interpersonal, oral & written communications skills.

Salary
- 180,000-220,000 Rs. Salary is negotiable

**Job Type**: Full time or Part-time

Pay: Up to ₹22,564.00 per day

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
