**Job duties and responsibilities**

**Program Implementation & Coordination**
- Lead and oversee the implementation of health services for elderly populations.
- Develop and execute strategic health interventions aligned with Vriddha Mitra’s objectives.
- Coordinate with hospitals, healthcare providers, and government health departments to improve service access.
- Organize and manage health camps, OPD consultations, and mobile health unit services.
- Ensure timely provision of medicines, assistive devices, and health screenings for beneficiaries.

**Stakeholder Engagement & Advocacy**
- Build and maintain partnerships with government health agencies, hospitals, NGOs, and medical professionals.
- Represent Vriddha Mitra in health policy discussions and advocacy meetings.
- Engage with local authorities to facilitate access to public health schemes and benefits for elderly individuals.
- Develop and strengthen referral networks for specialized healthcare services.

**Capacity Building & Training**
- Conduct training sessions for community health workers, caregivers, and field teams on elderly healthcare needs.
- Develop training modules and health education materials for staff and beneficiaries.
- Organize knowledge-sharing sessions with health experts and policy advisors.

**Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting**
- Track health program performance and ensure data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct impact assessments and prepare reports on healthcare service utilization and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols in all program activities.
- Maintain records of medical interventions, referrals, and case management reports.

**Required qualifications, experience and skills**
- Postgraduate degree in Public Health, Healthcare Management, Social Work, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in health program coordination, healthcare services, or community health projects.
- Strong knowledge of elderly healthcare, geriatric care, and preventive health strategies.
- Experience in working with government health departments, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams and community health workers.
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office and health data management tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- Master's (preferred)

**Experience**:
