**Job Title**: Team Lead - Customer Support (Immediate Requirement)

**Experience**: 1+ years preferred in a customer-facing role
**Salary**: As per industry standards
**Working Hours**: 9-6

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Attend and manage incoming calls from clients across all branches
- Ensure courteous, professional, and brand-aligned communication at all times
- Understand client concerns and ensure timely resolution or escalation
- Collaborate with internal departments to solve client issues efficiently
- Maintain records of client interactions and prepare call reports
- Supervise and support junior support staff if applicable
- Uphold Manithali’s values and tone in every customer interaction

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in customer support or front-line communication
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Required languages, e.g., **Kannada**,English etc.]
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask
- Willingness to be trained directly by GM for communication protocol
- Basic computer skills and experience with CRM or call-handling software is a plus
- Leadership attitude with a customer-first mindset
