**Job Summary**:ETL Developer - Resource should have good data engineering knowledge with AWS, Snowflake and DBT queries.
This position will interact with various technology and business groups to develop an understanding of their business requirements and operational processes to optimize reporting and analytics for the Ally Home business unit. The individual will work closely with a broad group of matrix partners, including business operations, analytics/reporting, IT, Risk, Strategy, etc.

Ideal Skillset - Work closely with IT and Analytics/Reporting teams to design appropriate data integration solutions, develop data flows, implement models in operational and analytical databases, build and integrate solutions.
Liaising with people from different backgrounds, from management to designers and programmers in the IT department to ensure the solution meets the need of the organization and the people who will be using it.
Recommend process optimization to allow for greater efficiency via existing and new technology
