**Key Responsibilities**:

- Increasing the penetration of invoice finance solutions in the retail market through sales and assigned distributor sales staff.
- Achieving sales targets set for the section within the assigned geography.
- Managing productivity, yield, and customer acquisition costs.
- Achieving budgeted cross-sell targets for assigned products.
- Identifying new sales opportunities and leveraging knowledge sector-driven relationships to enhance sales and revenue generation.
- Daily sales reporting in the assigned territory.
- Driving field sales.

**Relationship Management**:

- Managing relationships with assigned retailers and brands in the territory.
- Identifying and acquiring new Retailers/DST/DSA relationships by understanding the customers' financial needs.
- People Management or Self-Management Responsibilities:

- Defining performance goals for the field at the beginning of each month in discussion with the reporting manager.
- Taking ownership of your own learning agenda by identifying development needs in consultation with the reporting manager and working towards bridging the gaps through various means beyond training.
- Understanding the competencies relevant to your role and working towards displaying and developing these effectively.
- Keeping abreast of relevant professional/industry developments, new techniques, and current issues through continued learning and self-improvement.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (mandatory)
- Proven experience in field sales and business development.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Self-motivated and willing to take initiative.
- Knowledge of the retail market and financial products is a plus.
- Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.
