**Responsibilities**:
**Research Design and Execution**:Develop and execute research plans, including literature reviews, study design, and data collection methodologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of research projects.

**Data Collection and Analysis**:Collect, organize, and analyze healthcare data using statistical tools and research methodologies.
Interpret findings and draw meaningful conclusions to inform healthcare practices and policies.

**Literature Review**:Conduct comprehensive literature reviews to stay informed about the latest advancements, studies, and trends in healthcare.
Synthesize and summarize relevant literature to inform research projects.

**Report and Documentation**:Prepare detailed reports, research papers, and documentation of methodologies and findings.
Effectively communicate research results to internal teams, stakeholders, and external audiences.

**Collaboration**:Collaborate with researchers, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to gather insights and ensure the relevance of research projects.
Participate in interdisciplinary research teams and contribute to collaborative initiatives.

**Ethical Compliance**:Ensure that research activities adhere to ethical standards and guidelines.
Stay current with ethical considerations and regulations relevant to healthcare research.

**Project Management**:Manage multiple research projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
Coordinate with internal and external partners to facilitate smooth project execution.

**Presentation and Dissemination**:Present research findings at conferences, meetings, and other relevant forums.
Contribute to the development of educational materials and resources based on research outcomes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as healthcare, public health, epidemiology, or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in healthcare research or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of research methodologies and statistical analysis.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and statistical software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

- Gurgaon, Haryana (required)

Ability to Relocate:
