We have urgent requirement of Assistant Professor for MBA

**Education**:

- MBA, PhD (or willing to do PhD)

**Experience**:

- A minimum of 2 Years of Professional experience

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- To develop, create and invent effective learning methods to teach the graduate and undergraduate students
- Prepare course materials, lectures, and demonstrations, including assignments, quizzes, and exams
- Participate in curriculum development to incorporate new knowledge into courses
- Engage in scholarly research and publish findings in peer-reviewed journals or conference proceedings
- Creating, developing and innovating new techniques to ensure better learning procedures
- Constantly update the knowledge and improve one’s teaching and learning abilities
- Assist with student advising, admissions, and career counselling
- Participate in college committees as assigned by the Management
- Serve on departmental committees as required by the College Administration
- To maintain the discipline and abide by the rules and regulations of the university
- To conduct various workshops, classes, demonstrations, sessions, field trips for effective learning
- To evaluate, assess and provide an appropriate feedback

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Schedule**: Day shift

**Language**: English (preferred) & Tamil (preferred)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
