Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Professor in Management Studies to join our esteemed faculty at Care Group of Institutions in Tiruchirappalli This full-time mid-level position requires a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience The ideal candidate will possess a passion for teaching and a commitment to contributing to a collaborative and dynamic learning environment Qualifications and Skills Teaching Mandatory skill Demonstrated expertise in teaching management courses at the undergraduate and or Post graduate levels MBA M Com Curriculum Development Experience in developing and updating relevant management curricula to align with industry standards and educational goals Research Ability to conduct independent research and contribute to academic publications in the field of management studies Industry Collaboration Proven experience in collaborating with industry partners to enhance academic curriculum and provide practical insights to students Financial Management Knowledge and experience in managing budgets financial resources and understanding financial principles related to management education Human Resource Management Proficiency in teaching and applying HR management concepts in educational and practical contexts Operations Management Understanding of operational processes and the ability to teach and incorporate these concepts into the learning environment Digital Marketing Awareness of the latest trends in digital marketing and their applications in modern management studies Skills Teaching Curriculum Development Research Industry Collaboration Financial Management Human Resource Management Operations Management Digital Marketing Company Overview Roles and Responsibilities Deliver high-quality lectures and engage students in the field of management studies ensuring a dynamic and interactive learning experience Develop and update course materials syllabi and assessments in alignment with industry standards and educational goals Engage in scholarly research publishing findings in reputable academic journals and presenting at conferences Foster relationships with industry partners to enhance academic programs and provide students with real-world insights Advise and mentor students on academic and career paths offering guidance and support throughout their educational journey Collaborate with colleagues and administrative staff to contribute to the department s mission and goals Participate in committee work curriculum reviews and accreditation processes to ensure high standards of educational delivery Utilize and integrate digital tools and resources to enhance the teaching and learning experience for students Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
