**BASIC CRITERIA**:

- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills and Customer Support Skills for chat & voice support.
- Should be ready to work in US shifts hours; 9 hours where the work window may vary (Rotational) / - Any 2 days off (rotational)

**Qualification**:

- Any Graduate or undergraduate.
- No BE/ Btech/ BSC and PG Feshers are Not applicable.

**Requirements**:

- Designation CSA / Senior CSA
- WFO/WFH - Work from Office
- Should be comfortable with one-way cab facility.
- Should live within 20 KMS radius from nanakramguda office.
- Looking for an Immediate Joiners

**JOB ROLE**:

- Resolve customers' concerns and answer customers' questions to your best ability.
- Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers' complaints.
- Listen to customers' concerns, issues and questions.
- Upselling
