**Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive - Fintech Industry**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive organic lead generation strategies across social media platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Create and curate engaging content (posts, articles, videos) tailored to our target audience to drive engagement and generate leads.
- Monitor industry trends and analyze competitor activities to identify opportunities for content creation and engagement.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media profiles, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement with followers.
- Use social media analytics tools to track performance and adjust strategies to optimize lead generation efforts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals and campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 6 months) in social media marketing with a focus on organic lead generation, preferably within the fintech industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) and their respective audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in social media marketing or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
