Job Description: Digital Marketing Executive - Organic Lead Generation

Position: Fresher - Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Indore

**Job Type**: Full-Time

Experience: Minimum 6 months experience

About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute **organic lead generation** strategies across **social media platforms**, blogs, forums, and other channels.
- Engage with potential leads through **inbound and outbound calls**, as well as **live chat**, to answer queries, nurture relationships, and qualify them for the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and optimize content that drives **organic traffic** and conversions.
- Manage and monitor the performance of social media campaigns, ensuring engagement and lead conversion.
- Maintain a strong and professional rapport with leads through personalized communication.
- Track and analyze lead generation data, providing regular reports to assess effectiveness.
- Ensure seamless coordination between the marketing and sales teams for smooth lead handovers.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in **organic lead generation**, preferably within a digital marketing role.
- Strong knowledge of **content marketing**, and **social media** strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience in customer interaction through calls and live chat.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems for managing leads and customer communication.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in using social media management tools (e.g., instagram, facebook, etc).
- Prior experience in the **calling and chat process** for lead nurturing or customer service.
