Brief on Job: - We are currently hiring a passionate, user centered to join our collaborative and innovative team to create visually delightful and easy-to-use digital products in a fast-paced environment. Will need to work on data analytics, and data engineering products designed and targeted at B2B customers comprising of business users, technical developers, and so on.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create user-centered designs that align with business objectives.

2. Lead the end-to-end design process, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.

3. Design seamless and intuitive interfaces for data-driven dashboards, automation workflows, and other B2B SaaS Product components.

4. Translate complex workflows into simple, elegant user experiences tailored for enterprise users.

5. Iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics insights, and usability findings to improve product efficiency and satisfaction.

6. Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across the product suite.

7. Stay updated on emerging design trends, tools, and technologies relevant to the B2B SaaS domain.

8. Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

9. General responsibilities for implementing or maintaining the Noesys Information Security policy, as well as a specific responsibility for the protection of assets, or the execution of security processes or activities.

**Required Skills**:
1. Proven 3-4 years of experience designing for B2B SaaS products.

2. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

3. Strong understanding of user research methodologies and ability to translate findings into actionable designs.

4. Expertise in designing data visualizations and interactive components for complex datasets.

5. Familiarity with front-end development concepts (HTML/CSS, React, etc.) to collaborate effectively with engineers.

6. Experience in building and maintaining design systems.

7. Exceptional communication skills to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.

8. Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.

9. Ability to balance user needs with technical constraints and business goals.
