**Lead UX**
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user requirements.
- Translate user research, business goals, and technical constraints into intuitive design solutions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to validate design concepts.
- Ensure design consistency across platforms through style guides and design systems.
- Oversee usability testing and incorporate feedback into design improvements.
- Mentor and guide junior UX designers and developers.
- Stay updated with UX trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation.
- Work closely with frontend developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional communication for UX projects.

**Experience**
- **10+ years** of proven experience in UX design and development.
- Hands-on expertise with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.).
- Strong experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript (for UX prototyping and dev collaboration).
- Proven track record of leading UX teams and delivering user-centered digital products.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX design leadership.
- Passionate about Human-centered Design and someone who will strive to be super empathetic with different classes of users.
- Ability to understand customer needs, motivations and behaviours, and translate them into delightful, easy to use, and emotionally engaging customer experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team that includes senior executives, product managers, engineering teams, design managers and other stakeholder teams in order to create simple, user-friendly, easy-to-use software. - Ability to define or understand the client’s brand guidelines clearly and how it can be applied to the product in hand.
- Self-learner, ability to stay in the loop and on top of the latest standards, changes, trends in design field.
- Understanding of best practices for web and mobile based information architecture and design, as well as strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques.
- Fulfilling several requests simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Ability to quickly build concept maps, detailed wireframes, low/ high fidelity interactive prototypes and visual design concepts in an iterative development environment.

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
