**Job Title**: Social Media Marketing Intern

**Overview**:
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing Intern to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media marketing, develop your skills, and contribute to our online presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**:

- Assist in creating, editing, and publishing engaging content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Help design graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Schedule and publish posts across all social media channels.
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- **Campaign Support**:

- Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns.
- Support the tracking and analysis of campaign performance and metrics.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Engage with followers, build relationships, and grow our online community.
- Participate in online conversations to build brand awareness and affinity.
- **Market Research**:

- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Track social media performance using analytics tools.
- Prepare regular reports on social media metrics and suggest improvements.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute creative ideas.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Passion for social media and digital marketing.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Basic understanding of social media analytics tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in social media management or content creation.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).

**Location**: SCO 47, Sector-11, Panchkula, Haryana

**Employment Type**: Internship (Full-time)

**Duration**: 6 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
